Group Rates for Rooms at the Hilton Oak Lawn

NOTE: GROUP RATE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE: Rate is now $189 p/night

The Hotel is pleased to extend to the Group the following rates (the “Event Rates”). In addition, in order to accommodate early arrivals and late departures of attendees, the Hotel shall provide guest rooms at the Event Rates for the period three days before through three days after the Event Dates based upon availability.
All guest rooms are run-of-the-house unless otherwise set forth below. Guest room types (kings, double/doubles,
etc.) can not be guaranteed and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Group rate is $129 per night and does not include taxes. Current taxes on hotel guest rooms are 15%, which rate is subject to change without notice. Rates are net, non-commissionable and do not include breakfast.

RELEASE OF ROOMS NOT RESERVED – The Hotel will hold the Room Block until the established cutoff date which is: Thursday, September 9, 2021, at which time all unreserved guest rooms in your Room Block will be released for sale to third parties. Thereafter, additional reservations for your guests will be accepted for the Event Dates, but the hotel can not guarantee the availability of the negotiated Group Rates.
It is the Hotel’s understanding that reservations will be made via Individual and that the charges will be settled via Credit Card. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card number or prepayment of one (1) nights’ deposit.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations by Group Guests must be secured by a valid major credit card or other deposit satisfactory to the Hotel. Deposits are refundable to the Group Guest if notice of cancellation is received by the Hotel no later than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. on the first date reserved. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. A late-departure charge of half a day will apply for any room occupied after the check-out time of 12:00 without prior arrangements. A full days rate will be charged for check-outs past 3:00pm.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
An “Early Departure Fee” of $40.00 will be assessed for any guest checking out prior to their scheduled date of departure if a 24 hour notice has not been given to the Hotel.
The fee will be the responsibility of the individual.
ACCOMMODATIONS FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
As required by the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Hotel has a limited supply of guest rooms that are accessible to, and assistance equipment and aids for, persons with disabilities. The Group should advise the Hotel no later than 30 days before the First Event Date of any Group Guests who may require such equipment or aids and whether any additional equipment or services are needed. The Group or the Group Guest in question will be responsible for the costs of any required equipment or aids beyond what the Hotel has available.
